Sister Imogene McCormick had a dream of a Steeple being added onto the church that her husband, Bro. Bill McCormick, requested their son, Ron McCormick, to be built. Funds were being set back several years ago to do that but had to be used to pay the monthly bills for the church.
In the course of having a new sanctuary added onto the existing church, a new steeple was built by the Amish and added right where Sis. Imogene wanted it.
A HUGE shout out to the Amish for a job well done, Bob & Shar Splean for donating the cross, to Eugene & Sherice Knight for donating the bell, and some of her other Children, Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren and a friend who took care of the funds towards the steeple being built to fulfil her dream after all these years. There names have been withheld for their own privacy on giving.
